For security reasons, you can not change your email address yourself.
In order to make this change, we need to confirm your identity.
For it :
1. send us an e-mail request for change of e-mail address to email@example.com and make sure to include in this e-mail, your registration date to our service.
To know it, here are the steps to follow:
- Go to your Valoo account (https://www.valoo.com/)
- Click [...], then [Settings] (or click directly on this link: https://www.valoo.com/settings/)
- Once in the "My Account" section, you will see "Registered since".
2. Also let us know the e-mail address you wish to use from now on with your Valoo account.
After confirmation, we will make the change and notify you when it is effective.
