The Valoo requires a login and password to log in or out of your Valoo account. Remember to sign out of your personal area after use.Moreover, whether you have the Valoo app or not, we generally recommend that you secure your mobile devices with a password. This is a deterrent and a first line of defence in the event of it being used fraudulently.
If you have unfortunately lost your phone or had it stolen, you should change your Valoo password using another computer/tablet/mobile. Contact us if you require any assistance at the following address: email@example.com.
IMPORTANT: on the Valoo app, you can enable a security passcode that can be used to protect your account on the app. To do so, click on the "More" tab on the bottom right of the app, and then click on [Security].
